As Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, Tom supervised and prosecuted significant federal criminal investigations and trials. He understands government investigations from the inside: how prosecutors evaluate evidence, credibility, cooperation, and risk.

At PwC, Tom created and led the firm’s global Litigation and Investigations Group, overseeing high-profile matters involving professional liability, securities enforcement, regulatory investigations, ethics, corruption, privacy, and other complex disputes.
